Touchpoint Education Services Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.wordspace.in (the “Site”).
PURPOSE OF PAYMENT
Any payment made (testing fees) on this website are for the sole purpose of evaluation of candidate’s skills, and will not be treated as application fees under any circumstances. The testing fees is charged as consideration of this evaluation, and the candidate will be issued a performance result in exchange of this fees. The transaction will be considered as settled in full on transmission of this result to the candidate’s email address.
REATTEMPT OF TEST
In case of technical problem with testing service resulting to termination of the test before its completion, the candidate will be offered a reattempt of test at the time of their choosing at no extra cost. The candidate can inform us about the problem and we will process the request within 7 working days.
REFUND
Touchpoint Education Services will be bound to refund the testing fees to any candidate in case of failure of online testing service and the test not being completed on three separate occasions. Processing of refund request may take up to 30 working days.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
